what edooview actually stores. Not legal advice; a lawyer has not reviewed this text.

1. Operator
edooview is a service operated by We make AI work s.r.o., IČO 29697115,
registered office: Nové sady 988/2, Staré Brno, 602 00 Brno, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Regional Court in Brno,
file no. C 152497 (the "Operator", "we").

"edooview" is a product name (obchodní označení) of the Operator; all contracts under
these Terms are concluded with We make AI work s.r.o.
2. Scope
These Terms govern the use of edooview at edooview.com and its related
applications. By creating an account, making a purchase, or using the service, you agree to
these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
3. The service — what edooview is
edooview reads the Edookit parent portal on your behalf, translates what it finds, and shows
it to you as one inbox plus a calendar. It is built for parents who do not read Czech.
(a) What it does. After you connect your Edookit login, edooview signs into your portal on a
schedule and imports messages, homework, exams, grades, records, timetable lessons, consents and
payments. Each item is translated and given a short summary and a category. You can filter per
child, see the week's lessons, and switch on a daily summary or urgent notifications.
(b) Free tier. edooview is currently free while it is being built out. There are no message
or document limits, and there is no paid tier yet.
(c) Paid products. None at present. If paid plans are introduced, prices, VAT treatment,
duration and renewal terms will be stated here before they take effect, and existing users will
be told in advance.
(d) Refunds. Not applicable while the service is free. Refund terms will be published with
any paid plan.
(e) Product-specific rules.
- edooview only ever reads a portal you hold credentials for. Do not connect an account you
are not entitled to use.
- edooview is a convenience layer, not the system of record. The school's portal is
authoritative; if something matters, check it there. We always show when we last synced
successfully and warn you loudly when syncing breaks, precisely so you can tell.
- Translations are machine-generated and can be wrong. The original Czech is always one tap away.
- Automated reading is rate-limited and respectful of the school's servers. If a school asks us
to stop, we will.
- You must be an adult and the parent or legal guardian holding the portal account.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown at the point of purchase in the displayed currency. Payment is processed by
Stripe; we do not store card numbers. The Operator is not VAT-registered; prices are final
unless stated otherwise. Pricing changes never affect already-paid periods and are announced
in an update to these Terms (see §9).
5. Digital content and your EU withdrawal right
For one-off digital content delivered immediately (e.g. passes, unlocks): by purchasing you
expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you thereby **lose the 14-day
right of withdrawal** (§ 1837(l) of the Czech Civil Code / Art. 16(m) Directive 2011/83/EU).
For subscriptions: you may cancel any time with effect from the end of the paid period.
6. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempts to break, overload, scrape
or resell the service, no circumvention of access or payment controls. We may suspend accounts
that materially breach these Terms; where feasible we warn first.
7. Liability
The service is provided with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, we are
not liable for indirect damages or for interruptions outside our control; our total liability
is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the event. Nothing
in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Czech law (incl. towards
consumers, § 2898 Civil Code).
8. Personal data
Processing of personal data is described in the separate Privacy Policy at
https://edooview.com/privacy. Summary: we collect the minimum needed (portfolio rule:
minimise → hash → encrypt), we do not sell data, and you have all GDPR rights.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the service, pricing or law changes. The current version, its
number and effective date are always at https://edooview.com/terms; material changes to
a running subscription are notified in advance and give you the right to cancel before they
take effect.
10. Governing law, disputes, ADR
Czech law governs. Courts of the Czech Republic have jurisdiction, without prejudice to
mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence (Art. 6 Rome I). Consumers may use
out-of-court dispute resolution via the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (ČOI),
